Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - I have roleplayed on WoW and minecraft before. The minecraft server I was on, was not as serious with roleplaying as this one is.

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Yes one.

How did you hear about us?: - I was searching roleplay servers in google.

What do you think the server will be like? - I think this server will be a massive world  filled with different kinds of interesting people.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - "

Definitions

This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's!

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is acting out a certain character as if they were real. It is like acting, except there is no script.

What’s metagaming?: - I think of metagaming as being out of character in a way because you are using your knowledge of the game to your characters advantage, for example lets say you come across someone, and you see their name in the chat menu. If you called them by their name, and you didn't even know who they were, would we be a form of metagaming. Basically, you and your character should have separate thoughts.

What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is going overboard with your characters strengths. If you wrote that your characters weakness was, lets say diamond swords (I understand this is a stupid weakness but this is an example) your character would be powergaming if they started fighting with an enchanted diamond sword. A powergamer could also be someone who tries to hard to level up their character the best, and get over powered.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human Northerner

What sex are they?: - Male

How old are they?: - 26

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Mitchell was born in Winterfell, the settlement in Aegis. His father was a blacksmith who ran a small shop, with decent weapons and armor. His mother was a cook who worked in the blacksmiths kitchen, usually only cooking for the family. As a teenager Mitchell started training with his father to become a blacksmith. Mitchell eventually took over the blacksmith's shop at age 17. One night while Mitchell was making a sword for a client, There was a loud crash in the kitchen. When Mitchell walked into the kitchen, the outside door was open, and his mother or father were no where to be found. He waited months, seeing if they would return to him. After Mitchell realized his parents were not returning, he grabbed an iron dagger, a bottle of water, and enough food for a long journey. Without any notice from the citizens of Winterfell, Mitchell walked out of his home and started heading into the vast wilderness. To this day Mitchell is still walking looking for a new life..... and hope. 

 

 

What are they like (personality)?: - Mitchell is an honest, experienced, blacksmith. His trust in everyone he meets may put him in danger one day. Mitchell is also very sensitive, but hides it as well as he can. 

What are their ambitions?: - Even though Mitchells parents are gone, his ambition is not to find them. Mitchells ambition is to follow in his fathers footsteps, and open a blacksmiths shop somewhere with plenty of customers. He once a place to settle down.

Do they have any special skills?: - Mitchell is very skilled with mining, and improving weapons. Give him an anvil and a weapon, and he can repair, and improve your item, very quickly.

What are their weaknesses?: - Mitchells weaknesses are whenever someone brings up the word "parents", fire, heights, and he is terrified of drowning.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Mitchell has light brown hair, with olive skin, and has a full grown beard. He has an average height.

Anything else you want to say about them?: - Mitchell is very good with communicating with others. He is some what of a leader when it comes to people, or war.

I'm happy to see that you've decided to reapply but there are a few points we need to work on

 

• Your powergaming example isn't very good, also you are referring to RPG powergaming while we wish for you to understand roleplay powergaming.

 

• You've obviously done some research into our worlds history but we left Aegis many centuries ago (the exact time is not known due to a few reason) and humans do not live that long. This is easily fixed if you change to Anthos, our current continent.

 

• Also I can't see any skin attached.

 

Please wait at least 24 hours before reapplying. Use this time to make these fixes and research RP powergaming. Also feel free to contact me through PM or Skype if you have any questions or need help.
