Odd strange men, foul smelling in their own right, have been seen near the gates. The smell comes from a terrible pile of trash and oddities. From it you hear odd sounds... and mages would feel something. Something odd is happening and only these strange, foul smelling, beings know what rests in these dark piles. OOC: Prepare for an event!
