We are reading your feedback queries and taking note of them. However, we are not systematically tossing them out, but are in fact reading through them and taking into account what the feedback and general mood is on the situation. :)

 

Our policy is to take action, and speaking can be counterproductive to matching our time goals as they do in fact use up time we could be using to resolve the problems. You may expect to see changes in the near future. ^-^
