Issued and confirmed by the Archduke of Herendul, dynast of House Winter, grandson of Godfrey, his honorable grace Edward Winter II.

 

The House Winter and the Archduchy of Herendul will maintain their fealty to the rightful Orenian crown, as determined by traditional papal coronation. No oaths were made by the House Winter to the illegitimate and heretical Franz Carrion, nor was any assistance given to their unjust cause against the Church of the True Faith. The House Winter will always guard the best interests of the true Orenian state. The Archduke further offers his assistance and manpower to the safeguarding of the Orenian state and its people.
