Because there is alot of other rp servers, are we allowed to talk about them on lotc forums or is it against the rules

A general rule of thumb is no. You never know when players from that community might see your opinion, whatever it may be, and be offended. The LOTC community isn't about ostracizing other RP communities but it's also not about advertising them.
