Decree of Census

 

By the order of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Oren and King of Kaedrin, Peter I of House Chivay, and The August Imperial Marshall Vibius de Sola, all groups, guilds, orders, noble houses or otherwise militarily capable factions are hereby required to submit to a census.

 

The following information must be submitted to the office of Imperial Administration with the utmost haste:
