Publishes all appropriate events and news on the public domain for the Mali’aheral to see. Has the duty to accept or deny citizenship applications (shared with tilruir’linan, Tilruir'mali and the Triumvirate). Denial must only be done with appropriate guidelines to help potential citizens towards acception Refers comments and suggestions made to the applicable Servant if deemed prudent.
