I, Jarrik Bloodstone, have dedicated the rest of my life to the disadvantaged and homeless youth. You always have a home here. We have bed, food and education here. The Shining Star Orphanage/School in the trade town of Kaphro."

 

"To all able minded men and women of The Fringe

Hear my plea, don't let the children suffer in the gutter, send them to me, tell them of this opportunity to be off the streets and fed. The Shining Star is also a school. Your child can take lessons for 100 Minas a lesson. All children who live at the orphanage are educated free of charge, but are asked to help around town when able."
