How old are you?: - 14

Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: - I have twice, once on hollowworld.co.uk and another time on a private roleplay server.

How did you hear about us?: - Once around a year or two ago, I was looking up minecraft roleplay servers, and this one was one of them that popped up.

What do you think the server will be like? - Hopefully a mature roleplaying server.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - I think that the fade to black rule is really good. Because it allows those types of things to still happen, but keeps the roleplay appropriate.

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- Yes I do understand these rules.

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: - Basically, it is acting out a character that you have created, along with a bunch of other people doing the same. Usually there is some kind of story line, to keep things fun, and interesting.

 

What’s metagaming?: - Meta-gaming is taking information that you learned OOC (Out-of-Character) and giving that information to your character. An example, is that someone plans an event, and says that there will be combat at that event. (As a warning.) And so someone comes decked with full armor and weapons, and tells everyone what is to come in RP.

 

What’s powergaming?: - Power-gaming is making yourself extremely powerful and impossible to kill, etc.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Human

 

What gender are they?: - Male

 

How old are they?: - 20

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): -

 

Quinn was born to a slaved mother who died in childbirth. Quinn was kept hidden from their master, however he was discovered when his father escaped from slavery without him. At age 5 his master made him work a little bit, however when his master realized that he was worthless, he waited until he was 12 to make him actually work.

 

Life as a younger slave was hard, as he would do work well above his strength. He got by on small amounts of food, and was lucky enough to avoid sickness... Until he turned 19, when he and most of the other slaves caught Khorvad's Grip. When it was announced that their master had died, they each escaped, and ran off in different directions. Most of the slaves died several days after, but he stuck together with his two friends, Jack and Rogar. (Pronounced Ro - Gar) Eventually they got into a fight, and Jack left them. And several days later, Rogar died. It was just Quinn now. He managed to reach the town of Vekaro, where he stayed in an inn for several days, and he managed to fight the sickness, however he was extremely weak, and vulnerable to any other sickness.

 

During the draught, he suffered terribly. His thirst, and weakness left over from the sickness was bad enough, but now that there was a draught he knew he had to leave in order to survive. He was one of the later people to arrive at thales, and was ready to settle down somewhere.

 

What are they like? (personality): - At times he will be stubborn, and sometimes cowardly, however when he is motivated, he will risk his life. He fancies himself a leader, and will sometimes not listen to other peoples suggestions. Coming from the life of a poor slave, he is undernourished, and very weak.

 

What are their ambitions?: - His main ambition is to become the leader of some kind of settlement, and maybe even create a kingdom. However many sub-ambitions are required in order for him to do that.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - A main skill in leadership, and diplomacy, however he does not realize this too much. He knows how to farm and mine, which came from 7 years of slavery. His weaknesses are combat, trading, and thinking. At times he will do the stupidest of all things, while at others he will do something smart, and think he did something really dumb.

 

Give us a description of how they look?: - He would look like your average beggar. He would have brown ragged clothes, with no shoes. He would also have black hair, blue eyes, and two missing teeth. (His front two top teeth.)
