[History

Was elected to Okarn'fenn after his father left Tahn'siol on his pilgramage of purity. Forged stronger ties with the Mali'aheral and built on the strength of the snow elves. In Thales he dedicated himself to constructing a place where the snow elves would be safe from persecution and harm, and so rose Celia'fenn. Having had his plan to assasinate the council of Splinters on orders of Kalenz foiled Gabriel returned to expanding Celia'fenn in order to hold all of the new citizens and residents.
