The titles, or as druids call them, totems, are simply honorary names they get when they're attuned. It doesn't mean that druid has special powers over or is solely devoted to pumpkins or doves or even wandering, it means that the idea of a pumpkin, a dove, or wandering reflects some aspect of their personality and character. It's purely symbolic. My character's totem is dove because she is a very peaceful woman, and the dove represents her well.
