((Wait, it doesn't matter how good you are with a blade. Or any weapon for that matter. Council membership should be reserved for the elite of the db but more like the wise. I am going to initiate a new plan for temporary members. Being a high counselor will automatically grant you permanent membership. Being a lesser increases your chances of being accepted while veterans only have a small chance. Anyone above primary can be granted a temp membership. It's about leadership not skills.))
