Prime house spot in Alras, close to the Obelisk, Includes a secret piston pull away floor, glowstone lights (no torches used in house), double bed, bookshelves and nice design. Its worth about 15-16k but i just want to get out of alras so i will be selling it at 10k, the original buying price. Please respond to me in game if you can (Bogrin) and with all urgency.

I would offer 7k for it, simply because I have seen bigger housing in kal'urguan for the around 7k.

You may Darth Snackums, but if you want an answer it will be rather long and laborious, and perhaps you should contact me in TS for the whole story, and the reason why it is 10k is because thats Alras housing prices, and i am selling a furnished house (with secret piston addition) for the price of an empty house lit by torches, while this one comes with glowstone, and my own Architectural designs on the inside
