[Req] 4.0 Skin For Gam The Man

Hi guys! A little while back my computer hard drive was sort of destroyed, and I lost everything on it, including my Minecraft skins. I didn't have my Gamle skin on at the time, so I lost it, and I need a new one made. I figure I might as well make some improvements to him while I'm at it, and was hoping someone would make him up for me. I can offer some minas as a reward if you really want; I don't have that crazy much, but I'll offer what I can. Now, onto what I actually need. 

 

What I'm looking for here is a small dwarf lad with a fiery red beard and a sickas hat. Here's some ref art:

I'm looking for something along those lines, but with green eyes and instead of red robes, I would like blue and white robes, using the colors found here:

I don't necessarily want it in that pattern though, maybe just the blue color for the robes with a white trim or something like that.

 

Also, a sexy hat is required, because what would Gamle be without a sexy hat?
