Request Of A Cleric/priest/chaplain

A letter is sent to the Church in general, various Bishops and such would receive them or something...

 

"To most Holy Mother Church. I have sent twice now, missives requesting a chaplain for the Order of the North Star to His Holiness, the Pontiff. They have been either ignored or overlooked and I assume he is simply to busy. I'm curious if another can send one to accompany the Order and assure their piety? There are precious few in Aesterwald, and we are in need of one to consult us in religious matters and to assist the good brothers with their spiritual qualms.
