How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Through constant searching for a good roleplay server. I found LOTC and it looks amazing!

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the act of playing a character outside your actually self. It’s basically acting.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is taking information outside of your rp character (such as information on the forums) and using it to gain advantages.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is forcing an action on another person without the other person’s consent.

Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Erik Berhal, son of Derek Berhal, was raised on a farm on the outskirts of Oren. He and his family were middle class in the city, they were neither rich nor poor. They lived a relatively peaceful life. The family normally went into the city to either drop of food supplies or buy equipment for harvesting their yearly crops. When Erik had reached the age of 10 his father made him harvest some of the smaller fields of the farm. Erik did as he was told but he did a very poor job as he harvested the fields of wheat and sugar cane. His passion rested in fighting but his father would allow no such thing. Derek tried everything to steer him away from such violence, but nothing worked. Erik was too interested in sword fighting to be convinced to step away from a sword. Derek in anger disowned him. He was 21.

Erik stormed out of the farm in anger wonder why his father would not allow him to practice with swords. “Father knew that I was a poor farmer, why?” He wandered the rodes but decided to apologize to his father. Walking back to his farm he saw a gruesome sight. The farming was burning! Thoughts came rushing into his head like lightning immediately jumping into action. He was aware that something was wrong at first, for he saw a pillar of smoke billowing from behind a grove of trees. He ran towards the house knowing only one thing. To save his family. He rushed into flames of the farm searching top to bottom and avoiding the flames that were engulfing the farm. Erik found nothing that showed even a small trace of his family. As he ran from the house it seemed to look like if he were to be stabbed it could inflict very little pain compared to the pain on his face. He had little money and food to last only a few days. He concluded to go to Petrus, the capital city of Oren, and enlist there.

Personality Traits: Erik is open minded. He can sometimes judge people a little too quickly. He puts others before himself. Erik is also a very trustworthy man. He is also very energetic and hot tempered

Ambitions: He intends to join an army and rise above the others to become a high ranking officer.

Strengths/Talents: Erik is an Excellent Swordsman due to training every day and Erik has the capability of thinking of a solution of a circumstance quickly.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Erik has bad eyesight. He also is paranoid quite a bit. Finally he is bad with a bow.
