The Deceleration of a new Arbiter

 

Thurland Grandaxe will now stand as Arbiter in the court of Mountains as a representative of the Thanes Council and Clans when making criminal allegations. 

 

The Druidism Heresy

 

Druidism, in worship of the Aspects is now legal within the capital when practised in Private. Druids must ask permission, if not Citizens of Urguan, to perform their powers. Citizens of Urguan are free to do so if they appropriately praise The Hearth Mother Annabella. 

 

Guild Reform

 

Guild reform shall be posted soon. Guilds shall be allocated to appropriately display the Kingdom's skills for civil servants to preserve the arts of the Khazadrin and teach future generations. They may take commissions from the Kingdom at times, and the leader of the guild shall be appointed as a Executive Position. 

Guilds will reserve the right to organise themselves, but will be bound to not release secrets to outsiders.

The following guilds will be established:

• Remembermancer's Guild.
• The Kirkja Dverga
• The Blacksmithing Guild.
• The Alchemist Guild.
• The Engineering, Architecture, Golemancy and Runesmithing Guild.
