Inquiring On The State Of "adrianopolis"

A piece of thick vellum parchment, clearly made to last so that the message upon it might be read for the longest time possible, can be found on the billboards and building-faces of Petrus and Vanderfell, nailed onto the walls by a systematically placed system of 8 long nails, making taking it off a real ordeal. It is written in a script that looks like it was taken right out of a writing handbook, perhaps hinting that the writer has recently learned the Common alphabet.

 

"Dear owner of the abandoned construction site : "Adrianopolis",

 

I, Bardhyl Mehmetaj, wish to inquire if this site is still in use. It is far off in the wilds, and it has collapsed to near rubble. Tis a shame to see these solidly lain foundations crumble to dust. 

 

Therefore I, Bardhyl Mehmetaj, would like to claim this ruin and make it habitable if there is no objection. These lands are owner by no-one as of yet and are falling into dilapidation. I have begun construction, and will break any locked chests. Speak now if you wish to keep the city and the forgotten materials lying within said chests, if any exist.

 

I am also willing to purchase the build site. Please send an Owl to Vanderfell with your offer, as well as your documentation that validifies ownership of the land.
