How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I've been searching for a server like this for a while. Found the YouTube channel, and a friend showed me.

 

What is roleplaying?: It's creating a character and acting as them. Or imagining an environment and acting like it's there. It's like larping

 

What is metagaming?: This is when you use out of game sources to give your character and advantage over someone. EX: Watching a YouTube and using the video to find a hidden stash or their house so they can steal or burn it.

 

What is powergaming?: Where a player roleplays with someone without giving them a chance to react, like I slice someone in half, if the person had a weapon they could block the attack.

Biography(Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Started life as a novice smith, and Mercenary in his home city Kal'Karik in the continent of Asulon. His clan was The Thunderfists. There he made his living through being a smith and mercenary. He is known through his city for being gifted in the art of smithing and fighting. He has captured or killed all his targets he was hired to do, except one. He then spent most time training as a smith in hopes of working for the king as his quartermaster. In a competition he lost due to his opponent “tampering” his tools so they broke after a small period of use. With this failure he was master smith in his city and became the leader of a band of mercenaries. On one of his most unfaithful jobs he was betrayed by the person that has hired him. When he was sent to a camp so he could protect it from bandits. When his group showed up a band of rival mercenaries showed up in the tents and slaughtered all his men. With this to happen he was enraged and killed as many as he could before being forced to retreat.

 

With this shame he wanted to leave Kal'Karik behind and start a new. He gathered all he could such as: his Steel full armor set, and Steel Two-Handed Battle axe, his rucksack, and a small sum of gold (5,000), smithing tools, torches and a tinderbox, a journal, and books. In his travels he journeyed far through the vast lands looking for jobs he could do such as; chasing away bandits, and repairing armor and weapons. In his journey he went into a small village known as New Terriko and met a slave trader. Viewing the slaves he had Durac saw Aditi Faith and asked about her. After learning that she didn't know that much and did have potential. With that the dwarf made a bet with the slaver for Faith. Durac said “ If I make you a finely made full armor set and sword in two days, I win Faith. But if I lose I will give you the set and sword.”. When the slaver agreed the poor slaver had no idea that he was making a bet with a master smith. In one day Durac finished the armor and made the sword before the deadline with plenty of time. With this bet that has been won Durac gave gave the slaver the armor for his loss and gained Faith. When the two left the village Durac gave Faith the sword and said “ You are not a slave anymore. You are a mercenary with me and I’m the leader of this group. I will be teaching the things you will need to know in this job.”. Giving the books and basic training for a weeks Faith knew on how to fight using the chain and sickle with deadly precision. From here and on is unknown this is the story of Durac Kazriksson.

 

Personality Traits: Brutal, strategic (in battle), kind (in rare cases),

 

Ambitions: To become a renowned master smith or become an infamous mercenary group, and to return Kal'Karik with pride.

 

Strengths/Talents: Two Handed Weapons, Heavy Armor, Strong, Battle Trained,  

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Stubby legs, Unable to use magic, Poor aim with ranged, Poison, Not perceptive with trap/ambushes, poor with tailoring.

 

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Chestnut, frizzy hair almost fully covers a strong tense face. Beady gray eyes, set lightly within their sockets, watch vigorously over the country they've bled for so long. Dark long braided beard that compliments his face and leave a pleasurable memory of his adventures life. The face of Durac Kazrikson, a true mastersmith. He stands easily among others, despite his athletic frame. He has a love for music. He is 4' 11".

• Athera is not a city, it is a continent. You still need to add more lore on top of this. The wiki http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/ contains town names and the like. I suggest you look at lore regarding Anthos, The Fringe, Thales and Athera.
