What’s the rule you agree with the most?: Probably the the roleplaying rules, i think it's important to stay in RP and to not metagame

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): 

• Both sides must agree on using either text-based combat or mechanics-based combat. If both sides disagree, then you must use the default which is mechanics-based combat. There must be sufficient roleplay leading up to any combat scenario. does confuse me a little bit. 

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I saw a youtube video in 2011 .

What is roleplaying?: When Roleplaying a game you take on the role of a diffrent character, you basically become another person you feel what he would feel and write in character.

 

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using Out of game information to affect ones decisions in-game ( An example would be, if someone told they where comming to kill your character in OOG chat, you could prepare or flee) it essentially ruins the roleplaying experience

 

What is powergaming?:Powergaming is focing actions against another player by making your own character overpowered by not giving him any bad traits, making it impossible for other players to compete with. And Example would be going over to a guy a just with a greathammer and crush his head even though he might have weapons to parry with or a plate helmet. Powergaming is very bad for the Roleplaying element

 

In-Character Information

 

Character’s name: Cho'grim

Character’s race: Orc (Goblin)

Character’s age: 65

 

Biography Cho'grim is a happy ol' goblin who lives all by himself in the mountains, he loves having visitors and and dream about having his own Mineral store one day. Cho'grim has mostly lived his whole life alone, his mother died giving birth to him and his father was a great warrior in San'Orka who was killed in a raid aginst an undead fort just a few years after Cho'grims birth. Cho'grim lived in sorrow for most of his childhood but he turned that sorrow into strength and courage. Cho'grim was apart of the Escape from Thales in 1468 when the great winter arrived and he was a part of the fight in Tuv Aviv when Gazadriel and the Dragon attacked, it was the most grusome thing Cho'grim had ever seen with nothing but death everywhere, but they managed to come out victorious. Even though the loss was great that day, they managed to sail away to find hope in the new realm of Athera.

 

For the entirety of his youth he trained to seek vengance upon those who had killed his father. Cho'grim became a very skilled warrior and won many battles, the most noticable battle was  in the great conflict in 1491 between Kingdom of Akovia, Mardonic League, the Dwarves and the Orcs, even though he didn't have an important role in the army he was very impactful to their success .Even though many years had passed since his fathers death he was still filled with anger towards the undead A few months after conflict  ended Cho'grim went out alone  on a revenge mission. he made a mistake whilst attacking a undead camp, he miscounted the number of troops that were there and went in unprepaired. When he thought he had killed them all, an undead necromancer came out from the shadows and cast a powerful spell on Cho'grim which caused him to pass out.

He woke up a while later with a terrible headache and no clue about where he was

 

His lust for vengance and all the sorrow in his heart was gone. He coulnd't remember who he was and he didnt know why. He felt kind of sick but nothing seemed wrong.  He searched out for shamanistic help and found out that a terrible curse was brung upon him which caused him to forget all his past life events. The news saddened Cho'grim and he gave up fighting. Some nights he goes out to search for the necromancer but always in vain.

Cho'grim Started to settle for a new life, and pursued mining which his grandfather always wanted him to do. But his quest still lies in the search for his memory and the undead necromancer

 

Personality Traits: Very kind and passionate about his line of work. If people ask for help he will do the best he can to help them. 

Ambitions: His life motivation is opening up a Mineral store, Finding the necromancer that put the curse upon him and some day regain his memory

Strengths/Talents: Has the strength and abilities of a very skilled warrior, he just doesnt know how anymore. He is getting the hang of mining, but there is room for improvements 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Knows nothing of his past, scared of taking up a fight due to his loss of memory of him being a warrior
