Far below Cerulin several dark elves scuttle about in the dim light of the deep earth mushrooms, bringing their belongings into the strange cavern. The occasional squeak of a bat and the soft hum of the caverns crystals is the only other thing that can be heard besides the bustle of movement. Crates of supplies soon begin to build up as possessions find their way into the hollows. Dak'ir sets a crate down before taking a seat on it. He clears his throat to get the attention of anyone nearby before speaking up and wide yet exhausted grin on his face.

"Brothers and sisters, we've done it. We finally have a place to call our own."

He spreads his arms, gesturing to the area around them. While not much is there as of now, the foundations of homes are seen hither and thither. He stands and turns to one particular blue haired dark elf among them, working tirelessly to build said homes.

"None of this could have been achieved without this man. My sincerest of thanks to Veldryn for not only finding this cave but building us homes as well. He deserves the thanks of everyone here."

He turns back to the small gathering as his arms fall back to his sides.

"Now, I just wish to clear the air about something before we continue. And that is our situation with the high elves and the wood elves. As per our treaty with the high elves we are to remain neutral. But even without said treaty we would be doing so anyway. This is not because I dislike one side or the other. Both have their good and bad qualities. I will not tell you who to like and who to hate. I will not reinforce this same negativity that some others do that constantly keep Cerulin and Haelun'or on the brink of war. The only thing I ever ask of you is that you conduct yourself with honor and respect and to assist all of us in working towards ourselves as a people. This is a place for dark elves to flourish and for us to take steps towards discovering out past. I quite simply do not wish us to be dragged into a conflict we have no place in. Now..."

He throws his arms up dismissively, turning around to pick up the crate he had been sitting on.

"Do not let me dampen the mood. It's time for us to finally settle down. Now is a time for peace, my kin. Let us bask in it."

Holy shoite we finally made it. Huge thanks to FactCore for this absolutely amazing job. This place is above and beyond anything I expected. Any who, to the people who've been waiting on homes (and a huge thanks to the people who've had the patience to do so), I'll have a thread up tonight to apply for housing and such.

"And let it be known, if anarchists and mori-sympathizers, or mori'quesir themselves, set foot into the hallowed home of we who follow the ancestor's will, you will perish.

If you come looking for trouble, you will find more than you bargain for. Enter without your degenerate heathenry, or you shall face the wrath of the ancestors. This is a home of the rightous, not the chaos-bound pagan"
