Connection Refusal?

When attempting to log into LOTC, I connect just fine, it just refuses to connect me, as shown here:

I have used all IP's, reset my computer, reset minecraft, and waited it out.

 

It has been 3 days since this issue came up, and 3 days ago was my first time playing.

 

However, I have played minecraft in the past, so I might be banned for some unknown reason.

 

Please see if I was banned, or if this is a technical issue.

I can see the dev server at the very least, not white listed though.

This has been a problem for about 3 days, I doubt it will take that long to reboot a few servers, besides, I can see the dev server up, so that is not the case.
