It has become apparent to the Council and Government of Haelun'or that the profession of Bounty Hunting is to be regulated by the Governing Council in the Cihi, all Bounties within the Cihi must be approved by the Council unless they are issued by higher authorities within the Orenian Government. Any bounties placed by outsiders on citizens within the cihi will be considered illegal and individuals with bounties from outsiders will not be hunted within Haelun'or or will suffer severe consequences.

 

 

This is the will of Haelun'or and thus it is the will of all Mali’aheral.
