Weird Miner Skill Bug

So i am clumsy miner and for some reason i get mining fatigue for trying to mine normal stone. I've tried with stone and wood pic axe but neither work. Its strange because this has never happened before. If this problem could be fixed as soon as possible that would be great due to the fact that i want to continue mining. Thanks.

Hmm if that is so then how would one level up enough to be able to mine stone without fatigue?

As you level up it will be easier and you'll get better drops etc.

Its strange because when mining blocks im getting no xp but before this occurred i would get lots of xp....

That's probably because you've leveled up your mining, and your xp bar takes longer to reach the next level than it previously did.

This was a feature added with 1.8, and it gets easier when you level up.

 

As for lack of XP, do /me, then go to the persona menu and make sure XP gain (ender pearl) is ON. Either that or do /sk list and it will display how much XP you have, and if you have reached the level cap.
