Can't Change Profile Picture

For some reason I can't change my profile picture on the edit profile section, I've tried clicking change when I hover over the default one and clicking change my photo on profile settings and when I choose a file it says "Failed to set a new photo" and I even tried uploading the photo to tinypic and using a URL but to no avail, it just says "The server could not be contacted."

Try to use Imgur.com instead, and when you've uploaded the image, right click the picture and click 'copy image URL'. Put that into the textbox.

 

Also, check the dimensions and file size of your desired avatar, they might be too big.
