How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? My friend told me about it and it sounds really cool.

What is roleplaying?: Acting out a character using said character's personality in a given setting (usually a story) and reacting to events as that character would.

What is metagaming?: Out-of-charcter actions. Basically when you perform actions in a game based off your knowledge, but the character supposedly doesn't know this knowledge and therefore shouldn't be able to perform that action.

What is powergaming?: Forcing something in a roleplay upon another person.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

 

Connell O'Kar is the son of Helenia and Bristan O'Kar. Connell O'Kar's parents were owners of a trade post found on a road, not part of any particular town or city. O'Kar lived a quiet childhood, making money doing chores around the store and organizing shelves. He was never allowed to travel beyond a mile of the trade post without his parents, which was a huge restriction on O'Kar's adventurous personality. O'Kar's parents wanted him to take over the family business when he got older. O'Kar didn't want to do that, so when his parents were off in the forest gathering supplies one day, O'Kar set the trade post ablaze, blaming it on a lightning strike. He fled the scene and began pursuing his own interests.

 

O'Kar is now an adventurer. He would be hired by various people to explore certain regions of the world, scouting out locations of various tribes and places to set up camp. He was also really into history. One fairly well-known expedition was his search for the remains of King Harren, King Owyn, the "common soldier" who the Adunians think was the one who led the uprising against the Adunians, and King Arendil in hopes of clearing up the confusion as to who was who and when each king died. This took adventuring and studying history. When O'Kar thought he was getting close to the answers, he was threatened by dark, anonymous letters to turn away and leave the subject alone. This didn't stop him. One day when he got back to his home after exploring, the house was destroyed, it and everything in it burned to the ground. He decided it would be better to leave the subject alone. Ever since then, the idea that he could figure out the true history of Harren and Owyn (and that he came that close) stuck with him. He currently isn't looking for answers, but the idea is still there. He will also stay true to his word, and support his friends and allies.

 

Personality Traits: Adventurous, Trusting, Patient, Sneaky. Trustworthy (to allies)

Ambitions: Discover true history, explore as much of the land as he can, help his allies achieve their goals.

Strengths/Talents: He is fairly flexible with the tasks he is asked to perform. He's pretty good at fighting. He's good at making decisions.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: He isn't that good at reacting to things quickly.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 5'9" tall. He doesn't have much fat thanks to his constant adventuring, and is about 150 lbs.
