mitto 2312 Share Posted June 8, 2015 If your connection is being refused it's probably due to something booting you from connecting. I suggest turning off your firewall and trying, since it's usually the most common culprit. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

First go to network and sharing center, under the access type section click on your connections, then properties, Then find "Internet Protocal Version 4" (last one for me), then go to the properties for that and hit "Use the following DNS Server addresses" and type in the "Preferred DNS server" 208.67.220.220 , then OK and your done!
