My Skills Reset

Reason: Dear sir/madam, 

I am writing to you to explain that my skills on lotc has reset last night I had got to clumsy enchanter and when I logged on today and tried to set my secondary profession to alchemy, it reset my enchanter and my enchanter was as main. so now Iv'e lost my enchanting level. If you need any evidence you can ask the staff member Origin_lark. If it can be possible to put my level back up to clumsy please?
