The Sohaer Laethis Izalith arrives in the square, a small metal box in hand. He also carries a small packet of papers, seemingly ballots from the previous election. He stands alone, his eyes scanning the crowd until silence takes hold of it. Finally, he would speak.

A Medi’ir strives to guide the people of The State both mentally and physically in the proper direction. Their aim must be progressive and healthy for the State as a whole. Most of all, a Medi’ir makes Haelun’or their business. Without two Medi’ir in place, we cannot stand as a people. Up until recently our Council was defeated without a second Medi’ir. On this day it stands victorious once again. The votes have been cast. The election results are in.

Jupiter, The City Guard. Today is your day. You have been selected as Medi'ir alongside Avern to guide both I and the rest of The State in-line with the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya. May your stay in office be productive and wholesome.

Likewise, I would acknowledge Kelthran Parmandil. Though he was not elected, his desire to serve The State shall not be forgotten.

Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya.

At this, the Sohaer would depart back to the Council chambers. He would speak no more that day, for there were preparations to be made now that the Triumvirate was once more complete.

Jupiter steps out and gives the Traditionalist Party salute before addressing those around him by spinning around to look them in the eyes.

“I’d like to thank Elokarir’indor, Lelien Lazul for campaigning for my election. Without her, I believe this election would have turned into a chaotic event which would further deteriorate The State. I hope only good comes from this completed council. Thank you voters."

Jupiter steps back in-line with the people.
