Vault Plugin Lost Items

Nature of the bug:
Vault Plugin, Map change item transfer plugin.

First occurrence: (Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug)
A day after the new map was release I had done /vault to reclaim my items. My request was answered by _Urasept_ and all my items in the vault were approved. I then did /vault again to receive my items. I received the message saying that my vault items were restored to my inventory, I checked my inventory and nothing was there that I put in my vault. I messaged _Urasept_ about what happen and they told me to do /vault again where I was only to be greeted by a message saying that my vault items were already returned. I still didn’t have anything from my vault that I put in it returned.

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug:
On the day that the /vault plugin was announced for the server change I had taken screenshots of my moderator approved items and other things to take to the new map and put them in the /vault. Later I saw an announcement about how the vault plugin was crashing and vault items might be gone, I then checked my vault to find my items still there so I decided to put more stuff inside such as player heads and banners and these items I did not screenshot. The rest of the sequence of events are detailed above in the “First occurrence”.

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : (in the event of a crash, please also provide the error log)

Frequency of occurrence:
This only happened once as I lost everything and can’t repeat the bug, although I still can do the /vault command but only to find that it says my items were already returned.


Are you able to reproduce the bug:
I can do /vault to only receive the message that my vault items have already been reclaimed when I received nothing.

I had the same issue. I only got 1 of each item in there and I lost my mod approved staff of the betrayer.
