Crafting Flint Arrowheads

I was crafting Fair Flint Arrowheads (I used 16 flint) but I only received 64 instead of 96, since its 6 per flint.  I am assuming it was a bug and was wondering if it could be fixed. Thank you for your time.

 

I did this around 2:30am.

 

I grabbed my flint from my chest and then shift+right clicked on the Flint Arrowheads.
