Bug Found When Tping From The Cloud Temple Docks To The Halfling Lands

Hey I found a bug when I tried to TP to the Halfling lands. I attempted to use the boat at the Cloud Temple Docks to TP to the Halfling area, after the TP I got glitched in the ground and got knocked down. It wasn't a one time bug, I got trapped twice, died and lost my items. Please fix this as I want to explore all the areas.
