This lore has been Denied.

 

Unfortunately, the Lore Team feels that Necromancy already has a wide array of abilities, and that adding an additional one isn't suitable. Likewise, a few Lore Masters felt that healing magic shouldn't be tied to Necromancy.

That being said, it seems like something similar to this is listed as allowable in the Necromancy Guide, which we forgot to vote on when we reviewed all hidden lore, embarrassingly enough. So umm... expect a response from us sometime soon about that.
