How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I looked up lord of the rings servers online and it popped up.

What is roleplaying?: To play as someone other than yourself, usually fictional

What is metagaming?: Trying to find loopholes in either the rules or the map, thinking yourself above the rules of the game

What is powergaming?: It is rather complicated, but it boils down to defying logic in a way that benefits you.  Example, in one game I played, you could get a stick that could kill people with one hit.

Character’s gender: Male

Character’s race:  man (numenorean, thats why he is so old)

Character’s age: 175

Biography: He was born in rivendel, but grew up in the north, on a small farm. He was considered royalty, but has no desire to rule, even if his cousin, Aragorn, gives him land. When he turned 16, he went off to live and ride with the rangers, and there became an excellent bowman and swordsman.  He had a head injury while raiding some orcs, and usually wears a mask. He fought during the war of the ring, but after the war returned to his home in the north. 

    After the war, he defended his home town as a local guardian.  However, as much as he loved to protect the people he loved, his true love was wandering. 

Personality Traits: Wandering, courageous, hates people who are deceitful, prefers a honest to goodness fight

Ambitions: Protect the people he loves, discover why he is always so compelled to wander

Strengths/Talents: Good fighter, good at farming, good horse rider

Weaknesses/Inabilities: he is not very smart
