   Benjamin was dead, I made sure of that in equal combat. As soon as the duel was over, Benjamin's head was sent to David Osborne, Patriarch of House Osborne. This angered David, and caused a minor conflict. This was called, "The War of Lion's Pride" because both houses had a Lion in their coat of arms. The history of Oren wouldn't call this a war, more of a revolt. The De Savoie's didn't care of this revolt because they had a flood to deal with.  This was a example of a war without bloodshed, because we took our playing grounds to the public. House Osborne, tried cutting us out of the market trade, but that tactic proved fatal. Almost corrupted House Stratford! We couldn't allow the Osborne's to push around. They were sheep in a Lion's pelt!

  Twenty-Fifth of Sun's Smile was the perfect day to end the feud between houses. Emilia Osborne's wedding, the hilarious thing is, She married Royland Bradshaw, the man who caused the feud in the first place. A Day earlier, my Father hired Ten sellswords, to serve as the family retinue. At Three O'clock in the afternoon, my father informed me of the plans. Tonight was the night! I was to go to Emilia Osborne's wedding and crash the reception.

 

  When we entered, the building, we met two Guards. House Osborne must of mustered a small force to protect the family. We cut through their guards like butter and soon, we were inches away from the door which housed the party. The sound of laughter and chatting could be heard through out the whole house. We had 5 Swordman, and Five crossbow man. We didn't want the Osborne family to inform the Petrus guard. When, the crossbow men were ready, The swordmen barged into the room, for which anyone who moved, would be killed. Emilia could see my face, she was terrified, and so was I. As Royland tried to defend his wife, the crossbowman released bolts into his body, some of the men today call him 'Royland "The porcupine, due to how many bolts, went through him'.

 We gathered all the guests, and Osborne into the dining room, for which we locked them up. I awaited my father's orders for we should do to them. The order was unbearable. We were commanded to burn the house, with the family and it's guests inside. But I didn't want to disappoint my father. I did as he commanded, and burned the house. The Screaming, the horrible screaming. I could hear the Children cry within'  burning house. I could here Emilia- Crying for mercy. My men just cracked jokes. But this was War, and war is war. A Lion must keep it's crown.
