*Fliers appear around the Kharajyr village of Karak'Vylthawl, written in a rich blue ink.*

"Due to recent events in which citizens from the Kingdom of Urguan as well as a woman from the Caliphate were enslaved, which caused problems, there must be restrictions on who is taken for sacrifice. We are in a conflict with the Raevirs of Oren and soon the loyalist Salvians. Due to this, sacrifices and slaves henceforth must be ONLY from the hostile forces of the Raevirs or the Salvians."

"Even with the sacrifice of a single mali'fenn, a substantial force of dwarves was called to our settlement and threatened war. We cannot afford to make any more enemies than we have right now. To the slave trader whom helps us, you may enslave who you wish as long as if you enslave one of the restricted peoples you do not involve the Kharajyr in the capture, holding, or sale of said slave. To the Kharajyr, you may not touch ANY citizen of a nation other than the ones mentioned in here."

"Slaves should not be taken from the following nations or groups:"

  • The Caliphate of Khalestine
  • The Kingdom of Urguan
  • The Princedom of Fenn
  • Salvian Rebels
  • The Protectorate of Haelun'or
  • The Duchy of Savoy
  • The Province of Laureh'lin
  • The Ancillary of Ker'nor

"Slaves CAN be taken from the following:"

  • March of Adria
  • The Republic of Salvus (NON-REBELS)
  • Unaffiliated Individuals

"In any case if you are to take a slave be sure it is discreet. Even if an enemy is already made, such an action can bring unwanted attention to us. Good hunting, Kharajyr."

Yuulpria blinks, staring at the flier for a moment, but unable to read. She'll have to wait for Tla to read it to her later

Benedykt retorts to the policy.

"If the kitties believe they can slave our people, then it is time to hunt them. Let the cats, become the rats....."
