How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I was looking for a server to play on, so I searched on youtube and came across this server.

What is roleplaying?:roleplaying is acting out a particular role in a game. Ex: having the role of a farmer and acting like one

What is metagaming?:Metagaming means using outside sources to get an advantage in game.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming means being unreasonable in chat fights. an example is if a warrior fights a farmer. If the farmer is powergaming, the fight would look like this:

Warrior swings sword at farmer

Farmer dodges and instantly kills warrior by using a hidden dagger.

Examples of powergaming would be making your actions successful without giving the other player a chance to react.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):I came from Aleksgrad with my father. His name was Frank, and I never knew my mother, for she had died from giving birth to me. My father's job was to harvest wheat, potatoes, and carrots.. He was a farmer. He was very strong, and spent many hours teaching me to fight. I soon became a experienced warrior at the age of 16, but I had always wanted to learn magic since the age of five, when I heard about the things mages could do in a story. As I got older, I decided to get a job. Being a mage was temporarily out of the question, for I had never even seen a magic teacher before. There were not that many choices available, so I became a farmer. I loved the animals, and was especially sad when I had to butcher them. I liked the chickens the best. In fact, I decided to not butcher two and kept them as pets. one is a yellow one names Henreitta, the other a black one with white dots named Striker.

Most of the people in my village were human. The majority were farmers or butchers, getting low wage like me.

There were two small groups of teenagers, one group was mean and robbed lone children of their money, and the other was very kind. The kind group donated a lot to the ones poorer than them. Both sides hated each other, and got into fights a lot. They both tried to persuade me into joining their group, for I was excellent at fighting, but I never knew which group to join. For two years they both tried to convince me to join their side, but I never really decided. That is why I am neither good or evil. One day, as I went around doing my job, I saw a large black cloud. The villagers mainly assumed it was a normal cloud. But it soon clogged the skies with its dark, endless look. For five days the cloud remained. It was a large ash cloud. After a while things started to go from bad to worse. The crops needed sunlight, and now there was little to none. My father was losing money, and it dawned on me that I would have to do something. I left the village in search of a way to earn some money for my nearly-broke father. I said goodbye, and walked off into the ash cloud. I hoped to someday return with a small fortune.

 

Personality Traits: strong,  witty (though sometimes a little impulsive)  social.

Ambitions: To learn magic or to master the arts of fighting. Then, venture into dangerous places to make a living to support my father back in Aleksgrad.

Strengths/Talents: fast, fast learner, great potential mage, strength, fighting alone on one-on-one battles and fighting teams alone. Alvin is more experienced at fighting alone against groups than with another teammate.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: luck, eyesight (can't see well in the dark) stealth, gets lost extremely easily, horrible at fishing, impulsively challenges people to fights. Alvin is bad at fighting with teammates because he usually mistakes them for enemies at a distance and hits them. He isn't good at 2v2's in general or more because he freaks out when his teammate dies or is knocked out.
