What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is acting out the role of the character you are supposed to be. An example is if you are  a farmer, you act like the farmer you are supposed to be. Following your character's personality.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is getting information in real life to get a advantage in game. An example is when you are told by a friend that he is attacking a village at 4:20, and you meet him there to assist him.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is being unfair in chat battles. It means declaring your actions successful without giving the other player a chance to react or counterattack. Here is an example of a fight if one side is powergaming. (let's say the fighter is powergaming)

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Jason Warner

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Human

Character’s age:18

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Jason came from Aleksgrad. He has two parents who work as lumberjacks His father loved to duel, and spent many hours of his free time often teaching Jason how to fight. By the time Jason was 16, he became a decent fighter. . He still didn't have a job yet, and his parents were working hard to put food on the table every night.

By the time he became 17, Jason decided to get a job to help his parents earn money. He wanted to become a wizard, but knew no magic. He instead became a butcher's apprentice. He helped the butcher kill large cows. It was hard work, but Jason managed to get by. The butcher told him stories like how Humans were cursed by lblees a long time ago and were given short lives. Jason was very interested in the butcher's stories and learned more every day. However, even with a job, his family still struggled to save up. One day as Jason took a walk alone, he encountered two bandits in the forest sitting around a campfire. As soon as they saw him, they attacked with ferrum swords. Jason only had a old stone sword. Jason fought bravely, and managed to kill one of them. However the other one rushed at him and nearly cut Jason's head off. But it missed by a inch, and Jason sidestepped and stabbed the bandit's head, killing the crook. When Jason returned home with two ferrum swords, his family was impressed. Jason realized that he felt thrilled when fighting, and craved to feel the same sensation again. By the time Jason became 18, his parents were still struggling to get minas. Jason heard that there were many dangers but great rewards in adventuring, and decided to leave the village and brave the dangers of the world, earn some minas, and return to his family with the minas he earned while traveling. He said goodbye to his tearful parents, turned, and walked off to brave the world.

Personality Traits: Smart, cunning, social

Ambitions: To become a wizard and return to his family with money to support them

Strengths/Talents: Jason runs fast, thinks out of the box, makes friends easily, reacts quickly. 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Jason struggles with his vocabulary, focusing, lifting heavy things, and holding his breath.
