What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is taking the role of a fiction or non-fictional character in (In some scenarios) and playing as them. You develop that character with events and backstory that and immerse yourself in their world.
 

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you take OOC (Out of Character) information IC (In Character). E.G.; If my friend told me through Skype that he was being attacked. My character does not know that, he is not me; therefore he cannot go and help my friend.
 

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is forcing your actions upon others without their consent in RP. E.G.; ***Human punches the Elf, instantly killing him. That was wrong because the Elf didn't get a single say in that situation.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):
Florien was born in a settlement in what is now known as Laurelin along with his late sister, Aredil. He grew up with a fairly quiet and peaceful life. His parents limiting him to their home island, never to take a boat, never to swim or get away. He grew up feeling very connected with nature, even more so than others he felt. He had a decent education and kept quiet and to himself. By the time he was 180; he had little to no friends and an isolated life. He had no care for leaving his current place and exploring the world. 

It was 1528 and everyone was in the town center, a loud voice could be heard. It seemed... Familiar. He went outside to see what was happening. It was his mother, she was the one shouting. "Aredil! Aredil is missing, everyone look for her! She vanished, never to be seen!" 
Devestated, Florien quickly went back to his house and packed up a few items and left, hoping to find his sister. He became a wanderer, ever destined to travel the land looking for is lost sister.

Personality Traits: Wanderer, Socially quiet, Bold.
Ambitions: To find his lost sister, meet interesting people.
Strengths/Talents: Good with navigation, Good with a blade, Nimble.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: Cannot communicate too well, slow to react.
