What’s the rule you agree with the most?: Don't be toxic to other people. Mostly because I just don't like it when people are salty about others, or are just generally toxic.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): While this may or may not be a rule, the lore can be a bit hard to catch up with.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Simple, I found out about this server when I was looking for a good Minecraft RP server!

 

Definitions

Feel free to Google the answers or browse our forums, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!

 

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is to act as if you are the character you are playing as. Think of it as a sort of big stage, where your character interacts with other characters and environments!

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using knowledge that your character has not yet obtained IC'ly. For instance, you don't know everyone's name off the bat, or where that bad guy's base is.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is forcing actions upon another player. Please make sure to use ATTEMPTS when performing actions, as to give other characters a chance to either block or dodge or whatever. You can't just one hit kill a person and get away with it.

 

In-Character Information

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

(Caution: This may not be that detailed/is just plain simplified, but I'm sorta willing to play it safe ATM.)

Character’s name: Julie Ker'Lirr

Character’s sex: Female

Character’s race: High Elf

Character’s age: 48

Biography: Born in 1481 to a Elven travelling merchant couple Soliania and Arl Ker'Lirr, Julie was a pretty happy baby. Due to her parents travelling Athera from finding other High Elves too stuck up for them (they criticised the two for naming their child under a human name), Julie was never in one place for very long. One day Julie's parents entrusted her to a friend of theirs met on their travels, an elderly farmer named Harrison, while her parents travelled down a particularity dangerous part of the land. After a few days, Harrison and a young Julie got the bad news. While journeying, Soliania and Arl were attacked by bandits, and were unfortunately killed in the struggle. The two were stricken with grief, and Harrison, knowing that Julie was now orphaned, offered the young Elf a home with him. Julie happily accepted, and the two lived together in peace for some time. Harrison, while unable to properly teach Julie the ways of her people, did a pretty good job in giving her a normal education.

 

In 1513, the Devourer was beginning to destroy the land of Athera. Due to this, Harrison and Julie fled on a boat, like everyone else, towards the Islands of Vailor. There, the two continued their lives again in peace. Harrison was able to use the money from the old farm to purchase a plot of land away from most settlements (Harrison enjoys the peace and quiet), setting up a new farm, and life was simple again. At the present day, nearing Julie's 48th birthday, Harrison unfortunately died of old age. Despite her grief for her caretaker, Julie sadly knew such a thing would be inevitable, as humans have such short lives compared to hers. Julie figured it was time to move on, and make her own mark on the world as a proper adult. She left the farm, and set off to see what life would offer to her. Now if she could remember how she ended up in the Cloud Temple.....

 

Personality Traits: Cheerful, optimistic, a bit stubborn, loves food, and having lived in the presence of humans for most of her life, she is very unlike other High Elves, not caring about "superiority" or "pure blooded-nes" or anything like that. She IS a bit quick to act before she thinks, though.

Ambitions: She hasn't exactly thought out what she intends to do with her life, but she does wish to live a full one.

Strengths/Talents: Like most elves, she is very fleet and keen eyed. She also has quite a knowledge on farming, passed down from her caretaker.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Again, like most elves, she is very weak in physical combat. She also has a habit of overeating.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 6'2 inches, and weighs around 126 lb.
