Warning Points not going away [Bug]

So awhile ago, actually as soon as these new forums came out HeeroZeero agreed to remove my warning points he had issued awhile ago. We were shocked when he could not! Now months later he still cannot and I wish this to be fixed as I am nearing the limit and have to unrightful points. Its not his fault or anyones just this needs to be fixed.
