What’s the rule you agree with the most?: The one where you can't just lock pick over and over again, I believe this would just make it unfair, and allow anyone to gain access to anything at any time.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): No, there are no confusing rules to me.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I was looking for role-play servers and I thought this one looked the best. Often, role play servers are ruined by people who do not stick to their role thereby spoiling it for the others. It looks to me like this server, because of the strict application process, is much less likely to have players who are not serious about what they are doing.

What is roleplaying?: Playing in a role and not being yourself - being another person and enjoying staying 'in role'.

What is metagaming?: Using information your character could not possibly know in the actual gameplay.

What is power gaming?: Not letting other players make their own choice following your own action, for example, stabbing someone 'saying opaque stabbed blap' is not allowing him to make his own reaction by for example deflecting the stabbing motion. 'Opaque attempted to stab blap' would give blap the room to decide whether or not he deflects the stab, or incurs it and dies from it - that would NOT be power gaming.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Ja'glass

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Kharajyr (Kha'Pantera)

Character’s age: 19

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Ja'glass was born in a forest in the Karakatuan Empire - barely noticed as a kitten due to his sleek, dark fur. In his litter, there were 5 other Kha'Panteras who sadly did not survive when his munna was killed in a battle with a Jabbernack. As the only survivor of his family (his Patta had long since passed away from illness), Ja'glass is even more hardy and robust than other Kharajyr.  

 

Due to his exceptional stealth and agility, Ja'glass passed his trials at the age of 15 with flying colours. Ja'glass also has magic powers, as a result of which he is enormously admired by his fellow Kharajyr. This pleases Ja'glass, because true to his race he has a tendency to be vain. Ja'glass was adopted into the temple once he reached adulthood, where he serves his god Metztli. When Ja'glass is not working in the temple, he is training other Kharajyr for the Big War which is imminent, although nobody knows when. This is when Absyyl, the Sun God turned enemy, will turn on the Kharajyr race in earnest. 

 

Personality Traits: Ja'glass is particularly low on empathy because he did not grow up with a caring mother Kha'Pantera. Like all Kharajyr, he is selfish - but even more so because he did not grow up with siblings, so he is not used to sharing. As a priest, he is fiercely religious and extremely loyal to Metztli. He is dedicated to the cause of the Big War and very focused and disciplined. 

Ambitions: To lead the Kha'Pantera to victory against Absyyl. To serve Metztli until his dying day.

Strengths/Talents: Athletic, agile (even when on all fours), stealthy, sneaky, and very, very strong. Exceptional magic skills.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Vanity, selfish. Can't swim. Is likely to react disproportionately aggressively to anyone who insults or even jokes about Metztli. 

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 5 foot 1 inch, 40kg. Sleek, shiny black fur. Green eyes.

Although this is a good app, and it has some faults that need working on:

• You cannot apply as a magic user.
• Your character is quite frankly, overpowered.  Please remake the story so his traits and lore is realistic are realistic. You do not need a perfect creature to have fun on the server! Most likely, if you have character like that, you will have a bad time on the server.
• Add more to your personality traits. This helps build out your character!
• Your strengths and weaknesses don't even out. Please edit them.
