By order of the Sohaer the following changes will be made to the composition of the Silver Council:

 

The Tilrir'leyun, Ciri'lla Seni, has been removed from her position due to promoting stagnation among the builders.

 

To fill the Office of the Tilurir'leyun, Orius Len'siol will be appointed to the Seat of the Builder. He has demonstrated a passion and skill for architecture and beauty, and has been instrumental in planning our new home.

 

Riondil Seni, our Tilurir'indor, has expressed interest to leave the books and uptake the office of the Tilurir'mali. He has shown dedication to citizenry and purity, and thus will be appointed.

 

Kelthran has further expressed interest to leave the Seat of the Friend, and thus has been appointed to the office of the Tilurir'indor, to lead research and knowledge in the our new home.

 

This leaves the office of the Tilurir'lliran vacant, which must be filled. Lyu Elibar'acal has been appointed to the post. He has shown skill in negotiation, and will now assist the Sohaer in matters of foreign affairs.
