The Silver Council has convened, and the followings motions have been passed:

 

Be it resolved that by motion of the Sulii'ceru, the councillor known as Elwyn Izalith has been found to be in direct violation of the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya by propagating the epidemic that is indolence. This is inadmissible, and thusly is it by the vote of the Silver Council that she is removed from her post as Tilurir'tir forthwith. No further action will be taken against her, though she is expected to ruminate upon her malpractice.

 

By decree of the Sohaer, Valens Ith'ael is henceforward appointed as the the commander of the Weeping Blades, and master of the Silver Law; Eltilruir’tir. A veteran of Elsillumiran and a proven Mali’thill, he has declared exceptional interest in the well-being of Elsillumiran and is subsequently entrusted with the maintenance of the aforementioned institution.

 

Furthermore, the council has determined that serious military reform must be introduced. The authority to carry out such an endeavor is invested into the Tilurir'tir and he is expected to institute aforesaid by the close of the elven month.
