The guard force has been in shambles for some time and a capable guard captain in a requirement to keeping every Pontiff safe. Benefits of being the Papal guard captain -Be a part of the protection of both the Vicar of GOD and a holy land which is bustling with opportunity -Serve the Church without having to take a vow of poverty, and chastity. -Command over a guard force, gaining prestige with every accomplishment the guard force makes -Receive bunking in the Papal keep for you, and your family. I have always served under someone, I have learnt alot through the time of serving under others but now I believe I am quite qualified.
