Philippa Horen maintains her virtue, and Vespasian de Sola's neglect to her and his nation are found as grounds for the annulment, for a man who does not take his own wife's virtue may well have never married her. This annulment is confirmed, approved and performed by His Eminence, Charles Francis, Archbishop of Metz and Metropolitan of Felsen. The authority for this writ is derivative of his positions aforementioned.
