I have a concern with the first class and second class citizenship. With Mali'ame and Mali'ker in the second class with valah, and other non mali, don't you council members think we would feel quite uncomfortable? Especially with their corruption and chaos they bring. I would prefer it if the council would think about this, and consider making a third class for non mali, or bring us mali up to the first class.
