A Call to the Dwedmar

Vondan would have been seen waddling around the Urguan camp early one morning, posting pieces of parchment to trees and anything else he could drive a nail into. 

 

Upon taking a closer look at the parchment, you would read the following

 

"To my brothers and sisters of Urguan, I ask that we all come together in front of Kal'Akash at the Rhewengrad memorial during the coming Grand Harvest. I'll be conducting a sermon then and there, along with accepting charity so we can distribute the wealth to those in need.
