A Shop for my Book shop

I need a shop! -Quill Book's

As you hopefully don't know, my shop was raided by some Citizens of Riga, Then Somebody moved into it. I have now sold over 35 books and I hope somebody will give a shop to a company that I hope will grow.

I wish to have a shop and I will pay you the desired rent, But here are the Requirements: Must have a market stall at the front of the house. Must have two Stories or more. One of the main Cities what you can get carts in Felsen to go to. The City must have a army of some sort. OOC Requirement: Must have a duke of a rank of gold and higher (So he/she can lock chests for me)

If you want yo can have my shop and house in Riga for about 150 minas, however the shop is right next to the house of house Staunton and while it is good for buisness, It's not that enjoyable.
