 A Message From The Offices of The Seneschal

 

 

It is hereby ordered that the taxation of all homes within Kal'Isthul will end from this point onward. It shall no longer be required that you pay home or citizen taxation if you have purchased a home in the capital.

 

Should you still have a home or settlement outside of the city, you must STILL pay your taxes at the Offices of the Seneschal.
